A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right of cancellation according to the following provisions, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Thorsten Eller, HU-TE Handelsunternehmen, Schwester-Marie-Weg 14, 95488 Eckersdorf, Germany, Tel .: +49 (921) 50730-744, Email: info@hu-te.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract.

Returns can only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
