If this information does contain personal references, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization purposes.

You can prevent the setting of cookies by configuring your browser accordingly. However, this may restrict the functionality of our website. You can object to the collection and storage of data for the purpose of creating a pseudonymized usage profile at any time with effect for the future.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Only based on your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, we transmit your email address and possibly other customer data to the provider so that they can contact you by email for a review reminder.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future towards us or the provider.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

5.3 As part of contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of processing and responding to your request and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.

The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact aims at concluding a contract, an additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted once it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant matter has been conclusively clarified and unless there are any conflicting statutory retention obligations.

6) Data Processing When Opening a Customer Account

In accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed to the extent necessary when you provide it to us when opening a customer account. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be requested by sending a message to the above address of the responsible party. After deletion of your customer account, your data will be deleted if all contracts concluded via it have been completely processed, there are no conflicting statutory retention periods, and we have no legitimate interest in further storage.

7) Data Processing for Order Processing

7.1 To the extent necessary for the processing of contracts for delivery and payment purposes, the personal data collected by us will be passed on to the contracted transport company and the contracted bank in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

If we owe you updates for goods with digital elements or for digital products based on a corresponding contract, we will process the contact details (name, address, email address) transmitted by you when ordering to inform you personally via suitable communication channels (e.g., postal or email) about upcoming updates within the legally prescribed period in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR. Your contact details will be strictly used for notifications about updates owed by us and will only be processed by us to the extent necessary for the respective information.

To process your order, we also cooperate with the following service provider(s), who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data will be transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.

7.2 Use of Payment Service Providers (Payment Services)

- Apple Pay

If you choose the payment method "Apple Pay" from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, payment processing will be carried out via the "Apple Pay" function of your iOS, watchOS, or macOS operated device by charging a payment card stored with "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, the entry of a code previously set by you and verification via the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your device is required.

For the purpose of payment processing, your information provided during the order process, together with information about your order, will be transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before transmitting it to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment processing. Encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm the success of the payment.

If personal data is processed in the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Apple retains anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time of purchase, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely eliminates any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.

If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on your Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate with Apple servers via an encrypted channel. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in the settings of your iPhone. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and turn off "Allow payments on Mac".

Further information on data protection with Apple Pay can be found at the following Internet address: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027

In the calculation of the score values, among other things, but not exclusively, address data is taken into account.

You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or to the provider. However, the provider may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual processing of payments.

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which enables an analysis of your use of our website.

By default, when visiting the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies that are stored as small text modules on your end device and collect certain information. This information includes your IP address, which, however, is shortened by Google to exclude direct personal references.

The information is transmitted to and processed on servers owned by Google. Transmissions to Google LLC servers in the United States are also possible.

The data collected as part of the use of Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.

All of the processing described above, especially the setting of cookies on the device used, only takes place if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Without your consent, the use of Google Analytics 4 will be discontinued during your visit to the website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please deactivate this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

Demographic Features
Google Analytics 4 uses the special feature "demographic features" and can create statistics that provide information about the age, gender, and interests of website visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third-party providers. This allows target groups for marketing activities to be identified. However, the collected data cannot be assigned to any specific individual and will be deleted after being stored for a period of two months.

Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals may be used on this website to create cross-device reports. If you have enabled personalized advertising and linked your devices to your Google account, Google may, subject to your consent to use Google Analytics under Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, analyze your usage behavior across devices and create database models, including cross-device conversions. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you wish to stop cross-device analysis, you can deactivate the "Personalized Advertising" function in your Google account settings. Follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en For more information on Google Signals, please visit the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=en

8.2 Google Tag Manager

This website uses the "Google Tag Manager," a service provided by the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: "Google").

The Google Tag Manager provides a technical basis for bundling various web applications, including tracking and analysis services, and for calibrating, controlling, and conditionalizing them via a unified user interface. The Google Tag Manager itself does not store any information on user devices or read it. The service also does not perform independent data analyses. However, when a page is called up, the Google Tag Manager transmits your IP address to Google and may store it there. Transmission to servers owned by Google LLC in the USA is also possible.

This processing only takes place if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, the use of Google Tag Manager will be discontinued during your visit to the website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please deactivate this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

ShopVote Graphics

On our website, graphics from the following provider are integrated to display external customer reviews and/or an externally awarded quality seal: Blickreif GmbH, Schulstraße 46, 80634 München, Germany

When you visit a page of our website that contains such graphics, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the provider in order to load the elements properly. In doing so, certain browser information, including your IP address, is transmitted to the provider.

If personal data is also processed in this process, it is done so in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our offer and the appealing design of our website.

10) Tools and Miscellaneous

Cookie Consent Tool

This website uses a so-called "Cookie Consent Tool" to obtain effective user consents for consent-based cookies and cookie-based applications. The "Cookie Consent Tool" is displayed to users in the form of an interactive user interface when they visit the page, allowing them to grant consent for specific cookies and/or cookie-based applications by checking a box. By using the tool, all consent-based cookies/services are only loaded if the respective user has given the corresponding consent by checking a box. This ensures that such cookies are only set on the respective user's end device if consent is given.

The tool sets technically necessary cookies to store your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed here.

If personal data is processed in individual cases for the purpose of storing, assigning, or logging cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific, and user-friendly consent management for cookies and thus in legally compliant design of our website.

Another legal basis for processing is also Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR. As responsible party, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user's consent.

If necessary, we have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of the data of our website visitors and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Further information on the operator and the settings options of the Cookie Consent Tool can be found directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.

IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA BASED ON OUR OVERWHELMING LEGITIMATE INTEREST IN THE CONTEXT OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE.

IF YOU MAKE USE OF YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL CEASE PROCESSING THE AFFECTED DATA. HOWEVER, FURTHER PROCESSING REMAINS RESERVED IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, AND FREEDOMS, OR IF PROCESSING SERVES TO ASSERT, EXERCISE, OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS.

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY US FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT ADVERTISING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUCH ADVERTISING. YOU MAY EXERCISE THE OBJECTION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

IF YOU MAKE USE OF YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL CEASE PROCESSING THE AFFECTED DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

When personal data is processed based on express consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, the data concerned will be stored until you revoke your consent.

If there are statutory retention periods for data processed in the context of contractual or quasi-contractual obligations based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, these data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided they are no longer necessary for contract fulfillment or initiation and/or there is no longer any legitimate interest on our part in continuing to store them.

When personal data is processed based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this data is stored until you exercise your right to object under Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.

When personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this data is stored until you exercise your right to object under Art. 21 Para. 2 GDPR.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this statement about specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
