Payment methods

Various payment methods are available for your order in our online store. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price and will be shown separately during the ordering process.


Prepayment  

With the "Prepayment" payment method, you pay your invoice amount in advance. Here you transfer the amount directly to our bank account. You will receive the payment information by e-mail after placing your order. After receipt of payment, your order will be carefully packed and dispatched immediately.


Instant bank transfer  

If you use the "Sofortüberweisung" payment method with the payment provider Klarna via our service provider mollie, we will forward you directly to your bank during the ordering process. You authorize the payment yourself. The purchase is settled immediately afterwards. We receive a real-time confirmation after completing the instant bank transfer and can then send your order to you immediately.


Purchase on account  

The payment method "purchase on account" is processed with the payment provider Klarna via our service provider mollie. When purchasing on account, you have 14 days after receipt of the goods to pay the invoice. You will receive all payment information by e-mail from Klarna. You pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna.


B2B purchase on invoice

For business customers, we offer an internal purchase-on-invoice option. After placing your order, you will receive your invoice with all payment details by email.


PayPal  

Pay even faster and more securely with your PayPal account. With the "PayPal" payment method via our service provider mollie, you can conveniently pay for your order using the payment details stored in your PayPal account. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can set up a PayPal account free of charge using the following link:

When paying via PayPal, you benefit from PayPal buyer protection. Your order is secured via PayPal.


Credit card  

When paying by credit card via our service provider PayPal, the amount to be paid is automatically debited from your named bank after the order has been placed. The payment requirements of your bank apply.
